Much is said about food. It’s easy to read everything and its opposite into something. It’s a subject that’s more than just political. In this article, I’ll share my perspective on foods that I find interesting, both in terms of their benefits and their cost and practicality.
Apple
The winner’s staple food, in my opinion, is the apple.
Indeed, even if tomorrow you’re very poor and very hungry, make the apple the basis of your diet. I don’t think the apple is the fruit of sin (the fig has been accused of the same evils). On the other hand, it is certain that the apple is linked to Venus. The apple is said to have incredible benefits for the beauty of the skin and to aid in intimate fulfillment.
Pastas
Next, I’d say that you should eat pasta. This isn’t new. Many athletes have been eating a lot of pasta for a very long time. This product isn’t usually very expensive. Of course, it requires cooking time. But the benefit/cost ratio is positive. Besides, the Chinese (with their noodles) have a similar dish, which is also considered excellent for your health.
Orange juice
What to drink with all this? Water, of course. But if you want a drink, I recommend orange juice. In the 1980s, there were a lot of advertisements for orange juice everywhere. It was the sports drink. I think that’s still the case.
Butter
Next, I would say that butter is important. Where I live (in Brittany), we have butter that contains salt (and it’s very good). I recommend butter. It’s a dairy product associated with the Moon. For a very long time, certain ointments have been made from butter.
Eggs
Next, I would tell you to eat eggs. Yes, I know it’s not very vegan. But you’ll notice that I haven’t mentioned meat. So I hope vegans will forgive me for this paragraph. Indeed, it’s said that two eggs are equivalent to the protein in a steak. Eggs are a fairly practical product. Of course, like pasta, they require a little preparation. It’s a product that can be used in many delicious recipes.
Cheese
Next, I recommend eating a minimum of cheese (sorry vegans…). Emmental in particular, as it’s inexpensive. Grated Gruyère on pasta… Mmmmm….
Blueberry
Next, there’s a jam I heartily recommend: blueberry. Why? Because blueberries are said to be good for the eyes. I find it helps. Besides, they’re a black fruit (and I like that).
Sandwich bread
If you want bread but want something inexpensive and practical, I recommend sandwich bread. But not too much! Because it’s a bit heavy and could make you gain weight.
Sauces
As for sauces, peppercorn sauce and Béarnaise sauce seem like good ideas.
Spices
Don’t forget to always have thyme and garlic in your cupboards. Just like salt and pepper, these spices have many benefits.
