The Philharmonie de Paris and SSP are pleased to announce a unique culinary collaboration between Michelin-starred chef Julia Sedefdjian and L’Envol’s executive chef, Sarah Ledu. Together, they have imagined a five-course menu that revisits Armenian culinary traditions with modernity and elegance and for a memorable taste experience.

Armenian Beurek with cheese and fresh herbs
Starter
Tuna carpaccio, accompanied by Moutabal and pomegranate molasses, served with a crispy lavash with zaatar
Main course
Saddle and lamb cromesquis, squash crush, prune condiment and juice with oriental spices
Dessert
Pressed candied apples, honey kadaïf and sorbet, apple/star anise
Mignardise
Orange blossom financier and pistachio praline
