The (great) title of the post says : “Again an old skill that sadly has been lost over the years”.
On the picture you can see a lady dressed in a Victorian way, riding a bicycle… And holding a saber in order to cut a fake head (in a very elegant way).
Pretty surprising picture no ? The contrast between the delicacy and the brutality.
And below the picture it is written : “Woman practicing cutting off a head while riding a bicycle”.
Perhaps the picture is from a postcard made by a funny artist. I don’t know, I found no clue about its origins.
But I do think that this sport needs to be Olympic 🙂
